Homeowners spend thousands of dollars on renovations or additions and hundreds of thousands on custom homes. For a fraction of that cost, we offer third party assessment of the construction to ensure the work is done properly. At predetermined phases, we inspect the work and identify any issues that may be problematic down the road. We act on behalf of the owner, liaising with the general contractor, making inspections as work progresses.
