New Home Inspection
New home inspections incorporate several levels of inspections into one program designed to ensure purchasers take full advantage of all new home warranties. During construction, often prior to drywall, we confirm all selected options are included. A final inspection is completed with representatives from the builder and buyer as part of the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). We will follow up with visits at the 30 day, one year, and two year milestones as part of the complete package at an affordable rate. During each inspection we help our clients prepare the necessary forms listing all defects. New Home buyers can purchase individual milestone inspections or a complete package which includes all inspections.
